For the most part, I try to spend at least one weekend a month away from these to the extent that my job permits me. During that time, while I usually have my mobile phones, I don't use them unless absolutely necessary. Being an IT person, you'd have to be able to pay my salary until I got another job for me to spend a "whole" week away from all three (assuming that there was a major emergency and they couldn't get a hold of me via my home landline thus costing me my job). You didn't say that I couldn't listen to the radio so I'd still be able to keep in touch with what is going on in the world via radio news. For entertainment, I'm perfectly happy reading an old fashioned book, crocheting, or going for a walk in the woods, etc. I have to say that the Internet and my mobile phones have made certain things easier to do though. That is to say, I would miss them, but I wouldn't be in "withdrawal".

My fondest memory of my dad is standing by him at his drafting table at home (he worked as a manufacturing engineer and often brought work home). I would ask him about his drawing and he would always try to explain what he was drawing to me. He never said that I wouldn't understand or shoo me away. It was that willingness to explain things to me and belief that I could understand that I credit with where I am today as a systems administrator for a university. I never got the message that something was beyond my abilities.

ETA: I never knew either of my grandfathers. My mother's father died when she was ten. My father's father died before my parents were married.

I remember being allowed to stay up to watch Neil Armstrong walk on the moon --I was four and half years old. The prospect of space travel had quite an impact on my life -I've been a fan of science fiction for most of it.

I could listen to Neil Gaiman read almost anything. He reads different characters with different voices and is very expressive.

The Beatles

Granted, I was very young but I loved "The Yellow Submarine"!
