Thank you for your carefully composed weekend e-mail list of things (with very little or no details) that you have saved up to complain about in my inbox this morning. As a systems administrator, I'm grateful to have something more to do on a Monday morning other than ensure that all the backups ran over the weekend and fix the ones that didn't and address any event log errors that pop up, as well as any other Monday morning emergencies that we administrators deal with. You can be assured that your problems are on the very top of my to-do list this morning.

I've always despised the users who saved up ALL their complaints to pile on me at once, rather than address the problems as they arose. "Oh yeah, and while we're discussing the CD rom drive that doesn't read, can you replace my battery - it stopped working four months ago... and the AC adapter whose wires are exposed... oh! and put on these 6 keys my kid popped off a month ago, I think all the pieces are in the side pocket but I'm not sure anymore...."

Argh.
