Since I know some of the people on my friends list do crafts/art, I thought I'd let you know about my experience with this product. I had to make costumes for the musical travesty that we put on at Confluence this year. These are for clock work robots and we decided on using gears (worn bicycle gears from my husband's bike) as stencils. I bought two black cotton t-shirts ($6.00/each) and a three pack of the stencil spray which had copper, silver, and black (we didn't use the black) spray paints ($12.97) at "Wallyworld". I washed and dried the shirts and then we placed them on a piece of cardboard on my back porch which is well ventilated and cut a square out of a piece of newspaper and taped that to the shirt. Then I placed the gears in the cut out area and we sprayed on the paint. The copper came out very thickly and did not have nice coverage. Because of this it took quite a while to dry. The silver came out in a nice thin but reasonably wide stream and dried quicker. I was able to to do both sides of the shirt using the silver paint in one day. The silver is has much more of a metallic sheen to it than the copper. The coating is thick and rubbery when it dries. In addition, the paint spray nozzle is only good for about two sessions, even though I did try to wipe the nozzle clean with a paper towel. It also seems that there is only enough paint for about two or three reasonably heavy coats in each can. I was very pleased with how the silver came out and not so happy with the copper, but it will work for what we want. So, be warned, this product is going to be variable depending on what you want out of it and you may only get a couple of uses out of it before it's either empty or the nozzle just sprays in a not so useful fashion.
