Petition to pass Mastectomy Hospital Stay Bill in US Congress

I've checked this out, it's still out there and needs to be passed. The insurance companies are trying to make mastectomies an out-patient procedure. This bill would require a two day/48 hour hospital stay post operative. This petition is hosted by Lifetime.
