My photo may be coming to an internet travel guide near you

I got an e-mail today that a picture that I took in Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood in June of 2005 is "shortlisted" for the 2008 Schmap Boston Guide. I checked it out and their use agreement and it all seems legitimate and all. They managed to save off a copy of the picture and will give me photo credit. The picture is no longer available on my Flickr website since I didn't get a paid account and that limits how many are available before being hidden (I think they're still there somewhere but I can't find them.) Anyway, here's the picture they liked:


This is really remarkable for me because I couldn't frame a picture before digital cameras with LCD screens.

Thanks! To be fair, my previous cameras were fixed focus cheap or giveaway 35 mm and 110 cartridge types so good tools do make a difference.

Very cool! It's a great picture. I can see why they would want to use it. I love the focus on the outside spiral staircases. Congrats.
