For more than a few weeks, I've had a
Twitter account just to see what it's like. Then I found out that people whose blogs I read (Wil Wheaton, John Scalzi, Neil Gaiman, Tobias Buckell, etc.) also have Twitter accounts and they post content there that is different than their blogs. One of the limits of Twitter is a 140 character count. This is so it can be relayed via SMS/Text message to people's wireless devices. Recently,
Wil Wheaton extolled the virtues of Twitter to his former TNG co-star LeVar Burton who got himself an
account in part, because someone else was impersonating him on Twitter. Now, LeVar Burton has a
blog. And I have to say that I'm impressed with his first entry. I encourage you to go take a look.
